Meet the Team
Founder and CEO
Dominique began her franchise career in 2006 in a women’s wellness franchise. She was promoted to oversight of 30 locations as Vice President of Operations, where she managed training, marketing, and supply chain support. In 2013 she became Director of Franchising for Olson and Associates, led by Steve Olson, author of Grow to Greatness – How to Grow Franchise Systems Faster. In this role, Dominique sold or team-sold over 200 franchises, resulting in up to 300-400% client growth. She founded BrightFran in 2022 to help franchisors grow brighter; entrepreneurs to franchise their business the bright way; and aspiring franchise owners to find the brightest franchise opportunities. Dominique lives to help others grow their business portfolios. Her hobbies are jamming with her band, riding her Ducati motorcycle, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Fractional Chief Development Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the franchise industry, Andrew Sternburg of Franchisor Advisory Partners stands out as a strategic visionary and results-driven leader. Specializing in franchise sales and development, Andy has been instrumental in scaling multiple restaurant brands, leveraging his deep understanding of market dynamics and robust relationship-building skills. His strategic initiatives have not only expanded franchise networks but also ensured their sustainable growth through meticulous market analysis, site selection and franchise support. Andy’s commitment to leadership is reflected in his ability to mentor high-performing teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration. His global perspective on market penetration and exceptional negotiation capabilities makes him a key asset to enable franchisors to accelerate smart and responsible system growth.
Director of Franchise Sales
Joy is a veteran in the hospitality industry, with over 20 years of experience helping companies provide excellent customer service and grow their businesses. She is known for her ability to find creative solutions to customer issues and develop long lasting relationships. Joy is experienced in management and is an expert in the processes and procedures that help businesses to run efficiently. She is a strong team leader and understands how to bring people together to accomplish company objectives. Joy joined the BrightFran team in 2023, where she serves as our resident expert in new franchise opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. Her passion is to help people reach their goals and enrich their lives. Joy’s hobbies include cooking; rocking the guitar, bass, and piano; and playing board games with her family.
Digital Projects Manager
Quinten started his career in the franchise industry in 2015 with one of the nation’s top coffee franchises. During his years in this business, he worked in management, inventory control, and as a traveling trainer for new location openings. He studied Web Development and Coding at the University of Oregon, which led to his work supporting an online retailer to grow their base of distributors to over 50 stores across the US. In this role he has served in web development, e-commerce, email campaigns, analytics, and special promotions – leading the company to their highest month of sales in history. Quinten is an established real estate investor, specializing in property renovations and rentals. He has worked as a ski instructor, collects classic vinyl, and enjoys live music, best-in-class films, international travel, and outdoor activities.
Office Manager
Jacob is a results-driven operations and sales leader with a proven track record in empowering enterprises through tailored solutions and driving substantial revenue growth. With a dynamic leadership style, he brings extensive experience in providing reliable administrative expertise, exceptional customer service, and strategic sales initiatives to diverse customer bases. His expertise lies in optimizing operational efficiencies, boosting client satisfaction, enhancing employee engagement, and driving revenue growth. He thrives in fostering collaborative relationships, motivating teams, and achieving continuous improvement. Jacob also enjoys spending time gardening, cooking, hiking and spending time outdoors.
